World’s Best Ever Steak Marinade

Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together all of the marinade ingredients: the 2 cloves of minced garlic, ⅓ cup olive oil, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon white pepper, and ½ teaspoon salt.
Marinate the Steaks: Place the 1 ½ pounds of steaks in a zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the steaks, seal the bag, and gently massage the steaks to ensure they are fully coated. Refrigerate the marinaded steaks for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the most intense flavor and tenderness.
Cook the Steaks: Place a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade and place them in the hot skillet. Sear for 5 to 8 minutes on the first side (see the doneness chart below for more precise timing), then flip and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.
Rest and Serve: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes after cooking. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat. Top the steaks with the 1 ½ tablespoons of butter and garnish with the freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
