I Can’t Stop Making Christmas Jam

Instructions
Cook the Fruit Combine cranberries, strawberries, apple, sugar, juice, zest, cinnamon, and cloves in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally (about 10 minutes).
Simmer & Thicken Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries pop and mixture thickens slightly.
Add Pectin Stir in liquid pectin. Bring back to a full boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Jar It Up Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace. Wipe rims, seal, and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes (if storing long-term).
Cool & Store Let jars cool completely. Label and store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
