Humpty Dumpty Dip!!!

Prepare Eggs for Processing: Take 6 of the hard-boiled eggs and place them whole into a large food processor. For the remaining 6 eggs, cut them in half. Add only the yolks to the food processor with the other 6 whole eggs, and set the egg whites aside.
Blend the Dip Base: To the food processor, add the room temperature cream cheese, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and 1 teaspoon of the chopped chives. Process at high speed until the mixture is fully blended and smooth.
Incorporate Egg Whites & Serve: Roughly chop the reserved egg whites. Add them to the blended egg mixture and gently hand mix to combine. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with the remaining 1 teaspoon of chopped chives and an additional sprinkle of paprika. If desired, garnish with sliced pickles.
Serve: Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, or your favorite veggie sticks.
This Humpty Dumpty Dip is fantastic for gatherings and a fun way to enjoy the flavors of deviled eggs in a new format!
