Instructions:

Combine Ingredients: In a large glass (at least 28 oz), pour in the 24 ounces of cold water.

Add Lemon & Vinegar: Add the 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the water.

Incorporate Spices: Sprinkle in the 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger and 1/4 teaspoon of pink salt.

Mix Vigorously: Stir the mixture very well until the salt and ginger are fully dissolved. Because the ginger is ground, it may not dissolve completely and will settle at the bottom—this is normal. Give it another quick stir before drinking.

Serve Immediately: Enjoy your tonic immediately for a refreshing and zesty boost.

Tips & Variations:

For Fresh Ginger: For a more potent and vibrant flavor, you can use 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger instead of the ground ginger.

Adjust to Taste: If you find the flavor too sharp, you can add a teaspoon of raw honey or a sprinkle of maple syrup. Stir until dissolved.

Use a Shaker: For the best mixing, combine all ingredients in a large jar with a lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.

Drink Safely: Due to the acidity of the vinegar and lemon, it’s a good idea to rinse your mouth with plain water after drinking or consume it through a straw to protect your tooth enamel.
