Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Shells

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Sear the steak bites

Heat the olive oil and 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak pieces and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to your liking.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Make the garlic butter sauce

Reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Stir constantly for 1 minute.
Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
Let the flavors blend.

Step 4: Prepare the creamy Parmesan sauce

Reduce heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Once melted, slowly add the heavy cream while whisking until smooth.
Stir in the grated Parmesan until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

Step 5: Combine the steak and pasta

Toss the cooked pasta shells in the creamy Parmesan sauce until evenly coated.
Gently return the seared steak bites to the pan, letting them absorb the sauce.

Step 6: Serve

Divide into plates or bowls.
Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan, if desired.
