Crazy Dough Recipe

Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead by hand for 8–10 minutes or use a stand mixer for 5–7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

5. Let It Rise
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise in a warm area for 1–2 hours, or until doubled in size.

6. Shape It
Punch down the dough and divide it as needed. Shape it for your desired use (pizza base, cinnamon roll spiral, dinner rolls, etc.).

7. Second Rise (If Needed)
Depending on your recipe, shaped dough may need a second rise (20–30 minutes for rolls or loaves).

8. Bake
Preheat your oven based on what you’re baking:

Pizza: 475°F for 12–15 mins
Cinnamon Rolls: 350°F for 20–25 mins
Loaf Bread: 375°F for 30–35 mins
Dinner Rolls: 350°F for 15–20 mins
Bake until golden brown and cooked through.

Pro Tips
Use bread flour for a chewier texture (especially for pizza).
Add a pinch of garlic powder or Italian herbs for savory dough.
Freeze the dough after the first rise for quick baking later.
Use dairy-free milk and oil for a vegan-friendly version.
