Crazy Dough Recipe for Pizza, Cinnamon Rolls, and More!

3. Knead
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
(Or use a stand mixer with a dough hook for about 5 minutes.)

4. First Rise
Place the dough into a greased bowl.
Cover with a damp towel and let it rise in a warm place for 60–90 minutes, or until doubled in size.

Use Your Crazy Dough As You Like
For Pizza Dough:
Roll out the dough, add your favorite toppings, and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12–15 minutes.

For Cinnamon Rolls:
Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread with butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
Roll up tightly, slice, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.

For Dinner Rolls:
Shape into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Let rise again for 30 minutes, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes.

Enjoy! Brush with melted butter after baking for extra softness and flavor. “
