Prepare the Feta
Pat the feta dry with paper towels. Cut into thick cubes or rectangles (about 1½–2 inches wide).
Coat the Cheese
In a small bowl, mix flour, black pepper, and dried herbs. Gently coat each piece of feta on all sides, shaking off excess flour.
Pan-Fry
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the feta pieces carefully and cook for about 1½–2 minutes per side, turning gently, until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Finish & Serve
Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with warm honey and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Add chili flakes if you like a little heat.
