How to Make Loaded Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
6 large eggs, hard-boiled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3–4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Salt & black pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Directions
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
Mash the yolks and mix in the mayonnaise, sour cream, yellow mustard, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
Garnish with paprika.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
